Banff Mountain Film Festival - Wednesday March 15

7-10pm, The Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg, doors open at 6pm
The World Tour brings the excitement of the Banff Mountain Film Festival to audiences all over the globe!

NOTE: ONLINE TICKET SALES HAVE CLOSED - WE HAVE SOLD OUT. As of 2/21, there are some tickets still available at Walkabout Outfitter in Blacksburg.

Purchase raffle tickets at the show (2 for $5 and 5 for $10) and be entered to win one of 6 $50 gift certificates or an Osprey Atmos Pack (a $250 value) from our friends at Walkabout Outfitter. Raffle prizes will be posted the evening of the event and on Facebook, and prizes must be picked up at a Walkabout Outfitter store.

Land & River Revel - Sunday October 2, 2016 - 2-5pm

Join us for Land & River Revel at Historic Smithfield this year!

Enjoy live music with RYZ, historic plantation house tours, a bird and old growth tree walk, blacksmith demos, a cider press, activities for kids, an auction, and food from Till & Grill farm-to-fork food truck and beer & wine available to purchase. Admission is $10, kids under 12 are FREE. Online ticket sales have now closed; please purchase your tickets at the event.

Historic Smithfield Plantation is located at 1000 Smithfield Plantation Road, Blackburg, VA, next to the Virginia Tech campus

Join us for the 3rd Annual Farmfest at Glade Road Growing on Saturday June 25

Enjoy brick oven pizza cooked on site, handmade tamales, Rising Silo beer & local wines, Homestead ice cream, and live music with Ben Gilmer. J.P. of Glade Road Growing will lead a tour of the farm at 5pm, food starts at 6pm, music at 6:30pm. Tickets: $10 each. Purchase tickets online. Online Sales will close at 3pm on June 25th. After that, please purchase tickets at venue.

Please Note: Carpool or ride your bike! Due to limited parking at Glade Road Growing, we'll provide a bike valet service and parking is free with 3 or more people in a vehicle. For fewer than 3 people in a vehicle, there will be a $5 parking fee. Ride your bike and get a ticket for free ice cream!

Glade Road Growing is located at 2351 Glade Road, across from Heritage Park in Blacksburg.
